Bilclix Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using Bilclix, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Bilclix is a bill-planning and cash-flow support app. You may use Bilclix only for personal, lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and any applicable app store rules.

You may enter bills, payments, incomes, notes, categories, and other planning information into Bilclix. You retain rights to the content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the app, provide forecasts and summaries, generate exports, support subscription features, and provide optional AI assistance when you request it.

Some Bilclix features rely on third-party AI processing by OpenAI. If you choose to use Bilclix AI Assistant and provide in-app consent, your submitted chat message and the relevant bill, income, payment, and cash-flow summary details needed to answer your request, together with limited technical processing data, may be transmitted to OpenAI solely to generate the budgeting and bill-planning response you requested. No AI request data is sent unless you explicitly grant permission in the app first. You can withdraw consent at any time in Bilclix Settings. Some Bilclix features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Billing, renewals, cancellations, restores, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider and are also subject to their terms and policies.

Bilclix provides informational tools and planning support only. Forecasts, payment suggestions, prioritization guidance, and AI-generated responses may be incomplete, imperfect, or based on limited information. Bilclix does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

You agree not to use Bilclix to violate any law, infringe another person's rights, submit content you do not have permission to use, interfere with the app's operation, attempt to reverse engineer the app, abuse subscription features, or misuse the AI assistant in a harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent way.

Your use of Bilclix is also governed by the Bilclix Privacy Policy. Bilclix may rely on third-party services, including billing providers, analytics or diagnostics tools, and OpenAI for optional AI assistant processing. Those third parties may have their own terms and policies.

Bilclix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, business, or expected results arising from your use of or inability to use Bilclix.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. We may suspend or terminate access to Bilclix if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or resolve technical or security issues.
