DripLab Privacy Policy

DripLab is a clothes try-on app where users upload their images and images of clothes, and we use AI to generate images of them trying clothes on. This policy explains how we handle your face data and personal information.

2.1 Face Data • Photos you take or upload containing your face and body. 2.2 Clothing Images • Images of clothing items you upload.

3.1 AI Image Generation Your photos and the clothing images are sent to our AI technology to: • Generate new images of you wearing the clothes you've uploaded. 3.2 Local Storage All data is stored locally on your device for: • Quick access to your generated try-on images. • Keeping a history of your virtual outfits.

• AI Processing: Your images are sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis and generation but are not stored by Google. • No Other Sharing: We don't sell, share, or transfer your personal data to other parties. • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law.

• Your Device: All photos and generated images are stored locally on your device. • Our Servers: No permanent storage of your photos or personal information. • Transmission: Data sent to Google's Gemini API uses encryption (HTTPS/TLS). • Processing: Google processes data temporarily and does not retain it.

• Local Storage: Photos and generated images remain on your device until you delete them. • User Control: You can delete your photos and generated images anytime in the app settings. • App Removal: All data is automatically removed when you uninstall the app. • Server Storage: No data retention on our servers.

You can: • Delete your photos and generated images anytime. • Contact us about your data. • Withdraw consent (may limit app functionality).

Not intended for users under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your data may be processed by Google's Gemini API servers outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

We'll notify you of material changes through the app.
