Gloww analyzes your photos and personal profile to provide highly personalized beauty recommendations. This policy explains how we handle your face data and personal information.

2.1 Face Data • Photos you take or upload containing your face • Analysis results from these photos (face shape, skin tone, eye color, etc.) 2.2 Personal Profile Data We collect the following personal information during onboarding: • Age and gender • Beauty goals and preferences • Skin concerns and skin type • Ethnicity (optional) • Product preferences (fragrance-free, vegan, etc.) • Makeup experience level • Budget range for beauty products • Lifestyle information (active, office work, etc.) • Daily routine time preferences • Makeup intensity preferences • Hair type and climate/environment (optional)

3.1 Personalized Analysis Your photos and personal profile data are sent together to OpenAI's AI technology to: • Generate highly personalized beauty analysis tailored to your specific characteristics • Provide makeup recommendations suited to your experience level, budget, and preferences • Create customized tutorials based on your available time and lifestyle • Offer product suggestions aligned with your skin concerns and preferences • Generate color palette recommendations considering your ethnicity and preferences 3.2 Local Storage All data is stored locally on your device for: • Quick access to your personalized recommendations • Tracking your beauty journey and preferences • Offline access to your analysis results

• OpenAI Processing: Photos and profile data are sent to OpenAI's API for analysis but are not stored by OpenAI • No Other Sharing: We don't sell, share, or transfer your personal data to other parties • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law

• Your Device: All photos and profile data stored locally using secure encrypted storage • Our Servers: No permanent storage of your photos or personal information • Transmission: Data sent to OpenAI uses encryption (HTTPS/TLS) • Processing: OpenAI processes data temporarily and does not retain it

• Local Storage: Photos and profile data remain on your device until you delete them • User Control: Delete photos, analysis data, and profile information anytime in app settings • App Removal: All data automatically removed when you uninstall the app • Server Storage: No data retention on our servers

You can: • Delete your photos, analysis results, and profile data anytime • Modify your profile information through app settings • Choose not to provide optional information • Contact us about your data • Withdraw consent (may limit app functionality)

Not intended for users under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your data may be processed by OpenAI's servers outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
