Huevo Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using Huevo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Huevo is a personal color analysis and styling app. You may use the app only for personal, lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and any applicable app store rules.

You may choose to capture or upload selfies or other photos for analysis. You retain rights to the content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the app, generate your requested analysis results, and provide related features such as saved palettes and styling recommendations.

Some Huevo features rely on third-party AI processing by Google Gemini AI provided by Google LLC. If you choose selfie analysis and provide in-app consent, your submitted selfie image, which may contain face data, and the technical processing data required to fulfill the request, such as image format and analysis instructions, are transmitted to Google solely to generate your requested personal color analysis result. No selfie is sent unless you explicitly grant permission in the app first. You can withdraw consent at any time in app settings. Huevo provides informational and aesthetic recommendations only. Analysis results, palette suggestions, undertone assessments, and styling guidance may be imperfect, subjective, or incomplete. The app does not provide medical, cosmetic, dermatological, or professional image consulting advice, and no specific result is guaranteed.

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider and are also subject to their terms and policies.

You agree not to use Huevo to violate any law, infringe another person's rights, upload content you do not have permission to use, interfere with the app's operation, attempt to reverse engineer the app, or misuse the AI features in a harmful, abusive, or fraudulent way.

Your use of Huevo is also governed by the Huevo Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share information related to selfies, analysis results, subscriptions, diagnostics, and consent settings.

Huevo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business, goodwill, or expected results arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
