Welcome to Plantasy. These Terms of Use govern your use of our application and services. By using our application, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our application.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plantasy application for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the application, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Services

Some features of our application require a paid subscription. By subscribing to our premium services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the application: • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation • To transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks • To copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our application

The application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Plant Identification Results

Our plant identification service provides estimated information based on visual analysis of user-submitted images. All identifications, care instructions, and botanical classifications are approximate and should not be considered definitive expert assessments. We recommend consulting with a professional botanist or horticulturist for official identification, particularly for plants that may be toxic or endangered.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
