By accessing or using Statistics AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, strictly discontinue use of the app.

Statistics AI uses artificial intelligence to solve statistics problems and explain concepts. By using this service, you acknowledge that: • AI Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, AI models can make mistakes (hallucinations). We do not guarantee that solutions will be free of errors. • Not Professional Advice: The app is an educational tool. It should not be used for professional financial, scientific, or critical statistical analysis where errors could lead to significant consequences. • Verification: You should verify important results with textbooks or instructors.

Statistics AI is designed as a learning aid, not a cheating tool. You agree NOT to use the app to: • Solve problems during exams, quizzes, or tests where external aids are prohibited. • Plagiarize homework or academic assignments. • Violate the academic honor code of your school or institution. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we suspect are being used for academic dishonesty.

When uploading images or text: • You retain ownership of your content. • You grant us a license to process, store, and use the content to provide the service and improve our AI models. • You must not upload content that violates copyright, privacy rights, or contains illegal material. • You must not upload precise personally identifiable information of third parties in your problem images.

Premium features require a subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled according to the policy of the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) from which you purchased.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statistics AI is not liable for: • Academic consequences (e.g., failing grades, disciplinary action) resulting from your use of the app. • Errors or inaccuracies in the AI-generated solutions. • Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

The app interface, design, and proprietary AI workflows are the property of Statistics AI. Educational content generated by the AI for you may be used for your personal learning.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
